Looking down, it's not far. Whatever happens, however dark it is around you, keep your head upright. I'm only falling if I really slipped - well, it's probably the heels are guilty. In the really difficult moments, I try to always behave as if I win - it is much faster to turn the coin to my advantage. There are very few moments in which you have to allow yourself to bend your head - to get some stuff and to straighten your child!
