Very interesting. I have a very weird sleep rhythm that works very well for me: I sleep about 5 hours at night and about 3 hours during the day. I did once read that there was scientific support that this can be a good sleep rhythm and that the only hard part when doing it, is that society expects you to be awake during the day :).
