Inspiration
I've noticed a lot of people that want to write something and share something with the world, sadly once they get to it something is stopping them and that something is the lack of inspiration.
So I was really interested to hear and share the ways we gather inspiration to do what we do here in this great community.
There are so many people that try to do well here and some even post-A+ material that is worth to be in the trending.
I have tried writing with no inspiration what so ever and at the end, it comes to a point where I feel that my own creation displeases me.
And I'm sure it's not the case only for me. So I'm going to share my ways of getting inspired and i'd love to hear yours.
Gathering Inspiration
Before I continue, let me just say that I know some people get inspired to write mainly due to the money that they will probably receive at the end of the day, but let me say that this isn't really criteria to define or focus your consciousness towards any creative outcome. It can stimulate you to "DO" but it won't make you any more creative than you are.
How I gather my inspiration is from the world around me. When I see something that creates a spark in me typically I would try to integrate it into something creative and enjoyable to read from others.
The other thing is my past experiences and I know most people that would write anything related to Life would use that as a guideline because we only have ourselves and our experiences to base everything on.
And probably the thing that most inspires me and motivates me to write is that sooner or later my words will be hearing from others, and that would motivate me to share more because I know someone will eventually appreciate it.
So whats the secret behind your sources of getting inspired? And if you don't write why don't you ?
I am getting inspiration from my life :D
"something that creates a spark in me" - that would be motivation for me. The desire to share that spark.
I look around myself and Things which i love i share it.

Goldie, I actually just finished commenting on your later post and wrote why I didn't write. It is quite profound and interesting how you touched on this subject just when I was thinking about why I don't write. As stated in my other comment, I don't write because I got so overwhelmed by the over bombardment of multiple posts from people who had little or no content. I guess I got literally put into stasis (inactivity) because I spent most of my time trying to reach out to people with what I considered, quality and thoughtful comments. It took a lot out of me but I did it because I just cared and wanted to help others. I soon realized that I couldn't write because my initial post was seeking a path to inner peace and the way I was doing Steemit, definitely wasn't an inner peace process. So, as of today, I think I will change my focus on a less ambitious path and maybe in doing so, I will fine a sense of inner peace. You actually gave me a good kick in the butt to rethink a lot of things and put me on a more forward direction. Thank-you! As stated in my other comment, I really like when you share your raw, inner perspectives of what's real in life. Wishing you well.......Cabbagepatch
