I have noted that no just court will find an indemnity based on fraud enforceable. I am hopeful that the first crack in the dam holding back liability from the guilty will rapidly open up and let the responsibility flow freely. Such floodwaters are notorious for reaching far further than those hiding behind the dams expect.
