RE: Trump Pardons Ross Ulbricht and 1500 J6 Political Prisoners

"Do you think that the crimes of individual drug dealers like Ross are less sinful than those committed by the state and pharmaceutical companies?"

Yes. The increased power to act corporations are undertaken to effect demonstrably creates far greater suffering when it is employed in disregard to sound principles, and most when in opposition to our mutual affection and fraternity as people.

Claims of authority over others are contrary to reason, and the demonstrable authority each individual has over themselves, and only go further awry the more deeply and widely they are imposed. Corporations are obfuscations of our personal liability that necessarily pertains to our acts, and make cruelty more regrettable the more it is facilitated by institutional power to everyone that supports such institutions.

I am confident that actors that are not held to account for evil deeds will continue to commit them, and while we can rejoice that Trump has undone an evil committed against Ross, what evil he has not undone may cause far more woe than we can even comprehend as the medical military industrial complex continues to wreak havoc in the future. At least we can take the good with the bad, today.

Thanks!
