I am awful when it comes to motivating myself and always just give up after a week. I've now started working out with my friend (who is a proper gym bunny) in the garden doing HIIT and I finally realised that it can be fun! I think working out with a good friend who will motivate you is a great alternative if you can't afford a personal trainer! I'm really hoping I stick to it this time
