How many exercises in the week for healthy heart?

A new research has shown that it is extremely helpful to exercise four to five times a week to prevent heart diseases from being stiff.

Reviewing 100 people aged 60 years have found that only two or three times a day work only a few of the diseases healthy.

Researchers say that any type of exercise reduces the risk of heart disease. But the exact amount of exercise at the right stage of life decreases the effects of ages on both heart and blood system.

The study published in the journal of physiology Algorithm reviewed the exercise of past habits and heart diseases. American researchers have discovered that exercising two to three times (30 minutes per session) in the week causes head and neck to be healthy. However, those who exercise 4 to 5 times a week, their main diseases are also healthy.

The main cells are those who provide blood to breast and stomach.
In this research, elements like food, social background and education have not been taken into consideration and the effects of these elements can affect the health of patients.
