My favorite teacher is called: José Hernández. I had the pleasure of being her student in the subjects: food engineering and food preservation processes. He became my favorite teacher because besides being a very prepared person he was very responsible in his activities. Unfortunately, due to the economic situation of our country Venezuela had to emigrate to Spain. That affected me a lot like and the rest of the university because it was an elementary part of it.
