Job interviews are one part of the job process that I dislike the most. You are basically at the mercy of the interviewer as they have the ultimate say in you getting the job or not.

I even tried getting a job through my current employer in another department and it turned into an awkward conversation with someone I see everyday. I ended up not getting the position even though I was told that I had a top 2 interview and should have got the job.
