What I nice surprise to be upgraded like that. I would probably like flying more if I wasn't squeezed in with screaming kids. The last few flights, there have been several of those. I traveled with mine and they were not a nuisance to anyone else.

Hope your dental work get sorted out and most importantly you don't have to be a crazy amount to have it done.
