Great post, keep it up. I am a master procrastinator myself and I have learned about this technique half a year ago when it works wonders in a stressful situation, when much has to be done in a short time, when chasing a deadline.
But, unfortunately, in my experience, it does not work as soon as there is no danger of not completing the task to a certain deadline. Such as writing a blog post or exercising. A good thing to address would be: How to start your first Pomodoro when you just don't feel like doing it. Also, how to pick a task so your Pomodoro does not revolve of a non value adding task. I still struggle with it sometimes.
But cool, keep up the niche :-)
