Sure, but it could've avoided if the motorcycle slowed down because traffic was obviously coming to a halt. Both fucked up
I have to disagree, the fast lane is visibly open and traffic isn't coming to a stop at all. The car jumped out of the mainstream of traffic, not only breaking the law, but he did so without looking for oncoming traffic...
I have to agree with you here, the motorcycle driver could've been more cautious tho!
Cautious?... He had a car cut him off after crossing a double yellow line....
like aidanalas said the cars were slowing down, indicating that traffic was slowing and people could be merging.
