Didn't you get enough sleep last night? Feel extremly tired? There is a solution! How to do the enchated power nap.
You will need:
- 20 minutes
- an alarm clock
- coffee
- a place to lay down.
It is extreamly easy solution just before you lay down drink an espresso (yes really) and try to fall asleep for just 20 minutes. Set alarm clock for 20 minutes so you have a 5 minutes to fall asleep and lay down to sleep. The best part is you do not have to actually fall asleep if you are tired enough the microsleep will take over anyways. After 20 minutes you will feel refreshed even though you haven't fell asleep. It will boost the effect of the caffeine. It is important to highlight that you shall not sleep over 30 minutes otherwise your creativity will be affected.
