Saturday's thought:
Trust
How do we trust others and ourselves...simply by past performance? It's simple to break, and it takes years to build. The worst part of breaking our self-trust is when we continuously make poor decisions and begin to doubt our decision-making process. The solution is for us to examine our past decisions and what we felt were poor choices. We need to understand why we went in a direction that may have been bad or destructive. Once we have learned why we can relearn how to make better decisions and begin to rebuild our self-trust. The same would hold to for people that we trust or trusted. Remember, analyze and understand the why and then relearn how to make better decisions.
Cheers to embracing our sense of trust!

Interesting thoughts on self trust. We are so hard on ourselves. We hold ourselves to impossible standards and give little room for failure as well as the chance to be self aware. Learning from failure is the most important skill we can ever acquire. We gain so much more insight into the world by opening our minds that failure and the ability to fail forward is a huge advantage. We just have to trust ourselves enough to do that.
well said....and it's so true
