Great post! You are so right, coupling commitment with your passion is often overlooked but it is the true formula for success. However, I do think that if you are truly passionate about something than the commitment becomes a little easier. Discovering your willingness to commit to a passion may be a great way to assess how passionate you really are on a given topic.
