Ahhh... verification from a bot that, indeed, my thoughts and expressions are alive and well, in other areas of the internet. :) I have the same issue with my previous blog content. :)

The issue is Food Supply Related

We now live in a society which is completely detached from reality, as far as healthy food choices and knowledge about what our food is really made of. Did you know a great percentage of the population, shying away from gluten, choose white toast/bread... because they're not supposed to eat wheat? The information about food in this country is as polluted as the food supply.

10 Years and Still Works for Everyone

My wife, and everyone else we've introduced this information to, has gained that 'Magic Metabolism" when fed properly. Any 'Avoid' Foods, will slow your metabolism. Simply being the 'B' blood type and eating chicken, (because it's healthy, right?) will cause you to gain weight rapidly.

Take a look, you could be losing 2-3lbs a week, without any other changes than food choices. We don't even portion anything, as long as it's neutral or beneficial. Body pH is very important, as is heritage. When you see a conflict between the list and your reactions, either your alkalinity is low or you have parents with conflicting blood types, for that food.

You'll be glad you took a look, you and everyone else deserve it. :D
