its time for my third training day to make your workout work out. But dont be sad, only because it is the last workout day, it doesnt mean this will be my last post 😉
I still will let you know about awesome things straight outta da gym or other things that is so mindblowing, it wont let me sleep. Hahaha so to make the ROAD-TO-GAINS-Plan complete, last but not least here is the legday 🎉
I know it is not the most popular day but it is really important. Did you know that training your legs gives you more testosterone and because of that it helps your whole body to get swole. This goes to all the chest-biceps-dudes with chickenlegs 😂 Dont be that guy. So here comes my optimal legday:
Squats: 5x80kg, 5x80kg, 5x80kg
Legpress: 8x150kg, 8x150kg, 8x150kg
Lunges: 12x14kg, 12x14kg
Leg Curls: 15x45kg, 15x45kg
Leg extensions: 15x35kg, 15x35kg
Seated calf raises: 15x45kg, 15x45kg, 15x45kg
Standing calf raises: 15x35kg, 15x35kg, 15x35kg
So this shouldnt take more than 1.5h.
