I think I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. Self-Proclaimed Vegetarian since the age of 7.

I spent my teens and early adolesence a pure Carbo-Junkie! I Wouldn't of touched beans or lentils with a 10 foot carrot stick!

I firmly beleive you can learn to like or even love some foods you now find unbearble to eat

Its all about training your taste buddies!

Olives, Asparagus, Coriander, Earl Grey tea, Sweet Potato and chutneys are just a few things I spent most of my life disgusted by. But by changing my immature attitude towards food I have managed to learn to love these things!

It wasn't all about taste though! Its textures too, Beans, Lentils, Tofu are just a few things I have managed to overcome in time!

Although I stick to the mantra 'If at first you don't succeed try and try again. There are some things my mind and soul just won't accept; Blue cheese, Red Wine, Gherkins, Dark Chocolate and Celery. No matter how many times I try!

I have super sensitive tastebuds!

But the majority of my food foes derive from negative habbit rather than actual dislike.

And the same probablies applies with you!

You are what you eat!

Leave a pure and healthy footprint on your body and your mind will look after itself!

Stuff your mouth with figs!
