When does it hurt you? In order for racism to exist, it must be backed by systemic oppression. White men do not have this. White men enforce this. Can you be prejudice against white people? Sure. Not racist though. I feel like "adjusted racism" is just a play on "reverse racism" that the ignorant population of butthurt white people like to use. Thank you for having a civil discussion with me and not slinging shit in my face.

That's unfortunately a confused understanding of racism and sexism, that seems to be spreading especially across the United States at the moment and which is in of itself actually both of those things.
Neither is first and foremost a political ideology. They don't need to be "backed" by anything except ideological conviction to exist. If actually expressed in the form of physical violence, it doesn't need to be "systematic" to create a victim.
Thus any person can be a victim of racism or sexism. Even white men.
"Reverse" or "inverted" rasism, if we were to analyze it logically, wouldn't be racism of course. But by "adjusted" in this context I mean simply the same old racism, but against an ethnic group that didn't historically experience racism to the same extent that other groups did.
I'm personally white and I've been a victim of racism many times. I'm not by any means a racist. In fact I've been fighting racism against other ethnic groups since I was a child. I hope you can understand and empathize with this. "White men" are not the enemy.
I can understand your viewpoint, and what you're trying to get across here. I can't empathize with it though. I've been a victim of prejudice multiple times, but not a victim of racism, I have benefited from racism inherently because of my skin tone.
White men aren't the enemy? Really? 99.99 percent of the harassment I receive is from straight white men, they're also some of the largest supporters of derogatory terminology today and a historical source of genocidal attacks. See the word that our potty-mouthed friend from earlier likes to use, Subhuman? It's because we're viewed as a threat that needs to be eliminated, and this has repeated itself over history.
You can't empathize with me, but can you sympathize? Do you think violence against white men is wrong in the same way that violence against say black women is wrong or would you rather defend it?
If you're really claiming that white men "are the enemy", then I don't know why I would want to follow or get to know you. That's the same way that our potty-mouthed friend is arguing and as racist and sexist as it gets.
No ammount of historical or current victimhood can excuse being a bigot.
I only mean "the enemy" in the sense that, that's the demographic that is most prominently enacting and upholding these beliefs and actions that oppress and harm me. Therefore, my rhetoric and pleads for change will be directed at the majority offender. Yes, I can sympathize, and death is death.
I don't defend violence, period, for whatever reason, other than self-defense and consensual sport.
That's a big difference. I would appreciate it if you try to avoid condemning an entire ethinic or gender group like that. From your perspective it may seem trivial, as you consider yourself the victim of the situation, but it really is not.
There's plenty white straight cis men that are strong allies to LGBT people and ethnic/racial groups that aren't their own. This doesn't make the historical facts and current social pressures null and void just because there's a bunch of good apples growing in a rotted orchard.
And by "rotted orchard", you are refering to all social structures as such and not the ethnic or gender group I presume?
