This is a bad emotional feeling towards something which hurts someone badly. There are different types of Angel and different causes toward getting Anger.
The control of Anger is very important and essential because the reward of Anger most time could be deadly.
Why do people get Angry
- People get angry as a result of Frustration
- People get Hurt and become angry
- When your love ones betray you

- Loss
A person experiencing Anger will also experience physical condition, such as increased heart rate,elevated blood pressure, and increased level of Adrenalin and non Adrenalin in the body system.
How to control Anger
- Always calm yourself down never you notice you are angry
- See life as Nothing
- Always have it in mind that the reward for Anger could be most time deadly
- Get some Excercise
- Take a time out
- Always think before you speak
- Practice Relaxation Skills
Take life as nothing
This is one of the important tools or ways to control Anger because when you see life as nothing you would have no reason to get Angry, Life is nothing. Take every thing with simple mindset, don't get too Emotional.The reward of Anger could be deadly most of the time. I will love to give us an illustration of a couple who happen to love each other very much. This couple are blessed with two kids a boy and a girl. One morning the wife went to work while the husband was at home because he's sick, So the wife has to come home early because of her husband medical condition. On her way home she saw her husband with a fair Lady, she didn't bother to ask her husband who she was, she just broke a bottle on her head as a result of Anger not knowing the Lady is her husband Boss at work. This is how this woman ended the rest of her life in Prison as a result of Anger. We should all try to control our Anger whenever we are angry because it will really save us from a lot of trouble.
Always keep cool when people try to get you angry most time. If possible act as fool most time just to get out of trouble because it has no good reward. Do praise your self when people want to get you mad things like Am the key to my Happiness, Am the key to my Success. This principle will help you a lot because you will always reason that you have a good and brighter future ahead of you in life.

Anger is a Completely Normal, Usually healthy, Human emotion. But when it gets out of control it is destructive and can lead to death.

Yes, I have been angry a whole lot of times, I have lost count even and for so many reasons I have been angry. It takes strength to have control over the effect of anger.

Great post, once you're in control of your anger, then you are indeed a responsible person.
You never can tell what will result from your actions if you act in anger.Better to stay calm.An angry person i know overcame his own by counting numbers in his mind each time he gets angry.He finds out that before he gets to 20, he is cool. I used to pick offense in anything people do wrong but i overcame mine by evaluating myself.I found out again that am not perfect and cant succeed in being a perfectionist.
