Another opportunity for service to customers. Remember the days when your bank provided actual good service and wanted your business to the point of writing a letter of apology if they made a mistake or service wasn't up to par? What has happened?

I do remember those days! Although I also remember the red faced humiliation if my younger self being lectured soundly for spending my wage in its entirety each month by an old wonky manager. I am sure I apologized for it!
