Hello again in my second post about herbs and its medical use.
First check out my prevous post, where i talked about how to get rid of stress by home-made tea.
Beside topics related to tourism and my travel blogs, i intend to write some interesting contents related to herbal use, that matter alternative medicine (positive effects of herbs, teas, ointments, hydrolats; in short all of our produtcs) and our business as well. I am going to pubblish and present you the features of the wide range of herbal products several times per week. Each time i will post and explain one of them (procedure of usage, usefulness, ingreditents, etc).

Today i will write about how to neutralise of gastric acid by using herbs or combination of the herbs alied to the specific tea.
So let´s start!
STOMAC ACID TEA
Takes part at easing and neutralising of gastric acid, softens pains, flatulence and cramps. It speeds up digestion.
INGREDIENTS:
Valerian roots, marshmallow plant roots, iceland moss, thyme, balm, pepper mint, yarrow, sticklewort, capsella.
USE:
Put one tablespoon of herbs into 6 dl of boiled water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain. We drink the tea through the day for three weeks.
