2.45 watched so far , paused the vid to come n comment and I'm loving it. I think the only disadvantage of using Green Egg is u have to keep it outside and like it was raining it can ruin the party. Is it necessary to keep it outside or if you have good ventilation you can keep it in the kitchen too??

I guess if you have extreme ventilation you can use it in a kitchen. Never crossed my mind really! For me grilling = outside. Luck would have it the rain stopped :)
Oh! pretty cool. I will try grilling in winter feeling allured. Don't be amazed since Indian winter = Dutch summer . :)
