I Am Struggling With The Break Up With My Girlfriend!

So as a lot of you already know I broke up with my last intimate partner almost two weeks ago due to many
different reasons that I share with you all in this video:

And since that has occurred I have actually been finding the break up quite hard as ending this connection
is a huge loss for me even though we were not fully compatible with each other. I had fallen in love with her
and I am currently in the grieving process around this whole break up which has been quite emotional intense for me.

Also my love addiction that I talked about in this video really makes the whole break up a lot harder to move through
but no matter how tough it is i am allowing myself to feel and express my emotions, I am practicing a lot of self love, self parenting,
connecting with like minded people that can support me and much more.

And even though it has been very tough leading up until now as I have this huge desire and craving to go towards here I am
not giving into these as I know that doing this would just result in more pain and trauma that I am not willing to let myself
go through again.
