Being an introvert is mostly taken as a personality disorder in our society which I believe is not correct. It's just a characteristic trait and is not developed or inherited. And there's nothing got or bad about it, it's about how you want to conduct yourself in public. It should not be criticized or made fun of. It's perfectly ok to be an extrovert or an intorvert.

True, as a child even I was introvert and many people in my own family would call me sly. It was very hurtful and it would bring me down more. I have also faced this problem in my marriage, because people would think that I am acting pricy and I do not like to talk with them. Seriously it is a big matter to deal with.
