Great article @edgarare1, I am aware of the huge health benefits that meditation brings to the human body both those seen and unseen, however it has never been my thing.
I just find it difficult to sit down for a certain period of time meditating. When I am stress, I just go for a good swim.
I do have a question though; Can meditation be likened to exercise?

Actually meditation is an exercise of the mind and can be combined with exercise, if you practice the exercise of swimming, meditation can help keep your body healthy and strong, you can dominate your mind to achieve a better result if You have some competition swimming.
