I am actually doing that daily without the knowledge that people promote that and I find that it REALLY REALLY helps.Great post @mindfulkiwi !

It not only helps you sleep better, but also be more relaxed, prepared, grounded. It has all kinds of benefits.

Definitely something entrepreneurs and in general successful people do, I would say.
