I think you've missed mentioning few things like:
- go to bed at 2 a.m. or later
- do not work on building healthy routines
- always say 'YES' to everyone who calls you and suggest you going out this night
- skip any type of morning routines
The list goes on... happy to see you are conscious about your own productivity.
