Have you seen fat sick and nearly dead? Its a great film and It’s what got me into juicing.
Might have to do a juice cleanse in the near future, I always feel great afterwards.

I am glad that you mention that @starl1ght because I saw the movie and bought the book which I'm not finished reading.
I am like training my body right now to accept this new form of food and learn to like the taste. I will certainly do a 7 day fast on juice when I feel ready.
