100 targets, or how to live life

I heard about this exercise for a long time, about a year ago. But then I was afraid to carry it out, thinking that my life would be boring on that subject to a plan. These were my expectations, really. But the reality was completely different: I understood and realized which way I move.

Why is the 100 goals?


Because thanks to this you will understand what you want to get in life what you want to do, what to leave behind. You program your brain to achieve them. What you need to do this exercise:


Notebook.

The usual notebook, with a large number of sheets. It is necessary that he was Kripen'ka, because it will serve you for many years.

A pen.

Time.

Approximately 4-6 hours. The main thing - do not stop. They sat down, got up and wrote.

Inspiration.

During the exercise do not reflect on the possibilities of the reality that you will all perform. The feeling - your only prompter.

Silence.

When you do the exercise, you should not distract anybody. Exercise should perform alone.

Where to begin?


Just think about what you would like to have, who would like to be, that would be able to. 1 sheet - 1 goal. 100 goals - 100 sheets.


At first, it most likely will target covering material needs. For example: have a car, a fur coat to give my mother to buy a house. Such goals will be about 25. Then go deeds: a parachute jump, climb a mountain, go diving. 40 more will be spent on the category of "to be" and "know how". To be able to do a somersault, to be honest, to learn to speak Italian.


What are the last 20 goals?


Then you think about what to leave behind, bring it to the world. And this is the main point. That is why you were born. They are the most important goals in your life. Their implementation will be a better world.


If you did not write goals, but just keep them in mind, the first 20-30 goals you would most likely shut down - that is the nature. The rest hardly, as you about them would not even remember.


How to live on?
