RE: Vlog #81: STEEMFAT: After 3 weeks of working hard I gained weight, lost muscle and added more fat. Hmmm....I need a change of plans.

I'm no expert at working out and nutrition but from my experiences and from your previous blogs, this is what I guess has happened. You may be eating healthy but still more in quantity For example, if you need 3200 calories (loosely based on your height and weight) a day to maintain your body's composition (weight, fat, muscle etc) and if you want to lose weight (may or may not be fat), you would have to eat 3000 calories a day (calorific deficit)
When people start working out regularly they overeat even the good stuff which is bad if you're trying to lose weight. There may be other reasons, but this is the most common I've seen.
PS: Don't pay too much attention to the numbers, at the end of the the day, its how you feel!
