Recoleta. To Die For (part 1)

This is a nice neighborhood

There are lots of statues and plenty of variety in the architecture. The area boasts of clean streets, lots of foot traffic, but no automobile accidents. It is also safe to say that crime is the lowest in all of Buenos Aires, with some home invasions, but never has a television been stolen.

Rent is much cheaper than your average apartment, and you can stay here eternally as long as someone keeps paying the rent. You will never end up Six feet under if you move to Recoleta.

Let's visit one of the homes.

This beautiful studio is small, but cozy. Although the people are here at the moment, they keep the decorative iron bars in place for security.

We're in luck, there they are! As I always say, "Every day above ground is a good day."

I asked the question over and over, "How long have you been in this neighborhood?"

They are not answering. Must be hard of hearing.

Es muy lindo el barrio de Recoleta y su cementerio es un destino obligado para visitar.

Lovely neighborhood.....and in Buenos Aires.....splendid!

Perhaps just as good fences make good neighbors so also iron bars. idk. hehe

All the best to you.

Cheers!
