I enjoyed your post.

Oftentimes, positivity without a spiritual connection to one's Higher Power, aka God, rings hollow in the hearts of many.

Going with the flow, and like I prefer to consider life, riding the wave, is only possible/sustainable when we have Someone to Help us in spirit to continue onward when life smashes us in the big wave. For the Christian, this is Jesus Christ via the Power of the Holy Spirit.
