We are in this effort together. As Steemit grows, so do my peers. Since Steemit is still new and everyone here are early adopters, my followers today will become very powerful Steemit users in the future. For this reason, it is extremely important to follow those who felt compelled to follow me.

Now that I have your attention

I want to point out the importance of witness voting. You don't make any money or earn anything for witness voting. It is an electoral process to vote our leaders. It also allows the witnesses to be paid for keeping the STEEM block chain running smoothly. It cost money to operate the computer node. There is a fund that pays the witnesses. How much a witness is paid depends partly on how many witness votes they get.

There is also another important fact about witness voting. Your witness votes never get burned. You have 30 and you will always have 30. Even if you have already voted, you can always unvote and use that vote on a different witness. There are no wait times for witness voting.

If you are not sure who to vote for, you can join my effort to vote the witness that gets our goals accomplished. The first goal is to get STEEM or SBD listed on a major exchange. We are severely deficient in the number of exchanges that STEEM and SBD are available on.
