At the time Hanover Fireworks Company was relatively small, I have looked at their tax records.

Large or small many of these companies operated under the rules and laws of the day.

There was a time when asbestos was considered safe, as well as a time it was discovered not to be. It is this point in time where action could be taken by goverments that as noted took payroll, city, county, state and federal taxes, then used the power of their agencies to dismiss the obvious harm to life and the environment that is known to have occurred.

This is when it becomes self evident that the ultimate big business is the government always protects itself and the Elite class.
