I think this is a really big one. People down the drain feel like they deserve to feel sad for themselves and eventually get stuck as comfortable with those thoughts.

They complain and complain, but life is about change too and honestly in my opinion, you do not really have a right to complain about something if you don't have the intention of changing it either.

Enjoy the little things. Find joy in smaller things and especially find something for what you'd have to leave your bed for. Create a routine, do something you like, find your passion and don't be afraid to reach out to people for help.

I also think helping others may give you a shot of positivity. There are almost always people worse off than you. Try to see perspective.

And last, it's just a certain period. Also this will pass.

All that you mentioned are absolutely right, complaining will not give you the solution and make you better, and finding joy in smaller things is really a great idea to get out of negativity!
