RE: How educated are you?

in #life6 years ago (edited)

I completely agree and understand what you have meant by being educated. That’s how our education system is. Schools teach us many things which we don’t even apply anywhere. Such learnings have no relevance to the education one should have. I don’t say primary education is not required. Of course, it’s important but to keep oneself open to the learnings apart from that is a must. Afterall that's what helps in dealing with real-life situations.

I would want you to read one of the most fabulous books which I recommend to almost everyone I come across with a zeal to understand why one’s life is the way it is. Do read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki, and you will know what I am talking.

An education with little or no application means nothing. It's better to be called uneducated then.

I have read it. It's awesome. I'll also recommend you read the law of success by Napoleon Hill.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

That's wonderful.
I will go through your recommendation and will share my thoughts about it definitely with you.

I'll be glad if you do so.

I'm already in love with one of his quotes in the book you have recommended which goes like this -

WHO said it could not be done? And what great victories has he to his credit which qualify him to judge others accurately?
– Napoleon Hill.

Yeah! He is one of my most respected author. Reading his books have changed my life a lot.

I know but haven't read his work so much. I hope to learn something great out of it. Let's roll. :)
By the way, have you read The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz?
