I struggle with focusing. I do try to stay focused more and more and also be mindful of what I focus on but the difference is obvious. When I wake up in the morning and dive right into what I need to do, without distractions and complete focus, I can get done twice as much. I needed this reminder. Thanks

I have trouble staying focus too. I have noticed a lot that a lot of my time everyday goes into unproductive stuff and I'm trying to remedy that.
