Id call this trainwrecking more than doxxing. IMO doxxing is publishing PII (which is illegal). Maybe revealing identity on the darkweb or if the account is supposed to be anonymous.

If you leave a trail of breadcrumbs to your real identity in your steemit account (like an intro post with your full name and profession), and have info about that identity on the web, you've forfieted protection against having people post about it.

That said, I think the flag is justified due to blackmail (which, ironically, is how the whole r4fken thing got started in the first place)
