Once I visited a training by a German coach named Dirk Kreuter. I don't think he is as great as his marketing. Nevertheless he said one very intersting thing:

"Telling someone to stay as he already is, because he is good that way, is not a compliment. It is an insult. Why? Because you tell him not to change."
