here I want to share a very healthy and tasty recipe . this recipe is very easy to cook.this is a Desert (sweet) recipe named sweet potato Rabdi, which is made by Sweet Potato.
Ingredients-
milk 250 ml do not use skimmed milk use creamy of fatty milk
boiled (peeled off) and mashed sweet potato 6 tbsp
elachi 1/2 tbsp
nuts (almond,cashew,pistachio) mixed 2 tbsp
kesar (saffron) dissolved in warm water 2 pinch
do not use sugar because Sweet potato is already sweet in taste.
method-
first boil the milk cook the milk till thicken and then add mashed sweet potato and into it and stir well and cook for 5 minute.
after that add kesar (saffron) and stir well until they dissolve completely.and then add elachi ,nuts and cook for 1 1
1 minute.Empty the entire Rabdi in a bowl and refrigerate it for 1 - 1/2 hour and after that served you can drizzle some honey before serving and enjoy this desert (Rabdi).
