Implement these and you will improve your life

  1. If you want to improve yourself, first improve your sleep cycle so that you can have a minimum 6 hours (7-8 recommended) of sleep but also wake up as early as possible (5-6 am).

  2. Start learning and practicing meditation.

  3. Do morning runs, run as fast as possible.

  4. Start reading. A lot. Especially non-fiction.

  5. Stop wasting time on social media.

  6. Stop watching porn.

  7. Stop smoking, drinking, and doing drugs.

  8. Hit the gym. Health is #1 priority.

  9. Get your priorities straight.

  10. Eat right. If you don't eat food as your medicines, you will have to eat medicines as your food. Simple as that.

  11. Spend more time with your family.

  12. Start giving. Be kind and considerate.

  13. Drink lots of water. I repeat lots of water.

  14. Do not procrastinate. Complete your responsibilities earlier and be relaxed.

  15. Learn something new every single day.

  16. Pay off your debt. Or resist it and start saving.

  17. Keep a journal. Actually define, in writing, where you presently are, where you were, where you want to be and where you are going. Journaling allows you to see where you came from and where you're still going.

  18. Develop the habit of actually listening and public speaking.

  19. Network. No matter who that person is, say hello and start the conversation.

  20. NO EXPECTATIONS.
