Honesty is really a broad topic to discuss , people have so many definition for honesty . For me honesty is let your yes be yes and your no be no I discover people get discourage living the honest life just because it doesn't pay as fast as they wish, to some they don't live to enjoy their honest life , it usually pay on the children. I always end up coaching them with this saying a good name is better than all riches in the world
