1. Always carry a pack of wet-wipes and a pack of dry napkins.
You never know what dirt/food will spatter on you or who can be saved with your napkins. It is always nice to have clean hands and even better to help someone.
2. Get in the habit go to bed in time.
Just turn off the lights, put everything away and lie down. First time you will not fall asleep just right away, but next times it will be easier and easier. Well, the benefits are obvious, I think.
3. Buy high-quality socks.
We wear socks all day, so let it be more pleasant and functional, the socks will last longer and look better. Then you can take off your shoes at a party, in an airplane, etc. and not be afraid that your socks have some holes.
4. Do not swear with very rude and drunk people.
You will not prove anything, but time and nerves will be wasted.
5. Do not watch TV shows.
The amount of advertising is beyond the bounds of decency, and meaningless talk shows are made according to the script and do not carry any useful information. You can read the news, and watch the movie in the cinema or through the Internet. Also you can buy an Apple TV.
6. Make or buy organizers for small things for your house.
You will safe some space in your place small objects will not roll around everywhere.
7. Download to your device several books from classical literature and a couple of modern ones.
In the queue at the bank, it would not be senseless to wipe the walls, but read at least a couple of pages.
