Need Help Selling Our House!

in #life7 years ago

Hi steemit friends,

Today I'm asking you all for some help. In the late part of 2017, my family found out that we had won a brand new house valued at nearly 1 Million Canadian dollars! You can see more of that in the post that I made here.

Today, we've decided to list the house for sale, as it is much bigger than anything that we would have ever thought of buying on our own. I would really appreciate it if some of you would be able to resteem my post, so that my family can get it out to as many people as possible! I've shared the link with my local friends on some of my other social media accounts, but I thought this might be a neat way to find some interest with a much wider and more global audience. Although it's pretty unlikely that this will help very much, I figured that I should at least give it a try!

I've included the listing link below as well as a few of the pictures to view while you are here!

Thank you to everyone who can help me share this with others - steemit has been an awesome and very supportive community for me so far!

Thaymts a beautiful house, why not live in there? And rent part of the house to someonelse

I agree, it's really nice! I've been living in it for the time being, just so that we have someone there looking after things. Renting it is a neat idea, we'll have to see what kind of interest that we get. Certainly keeping all of our options open!

I honestly think you shpuld get lots, advertise everywhere. Its very beautiful. What do you think of my posts, Id love to hear your view

oui bonne ide

Where exactly is the house located? What's your asking price?

It's located in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada. The asking price is $875,000 CAD and it comes fully furnished!

Will share it with some of my real estate agents. If something comes up or if they have questions I'll let you know.

Very good - thank you!

@nuridin Great to see you here :)

why not hold a raffle of your own and give someone else a shot at the place :)

That's a neat idea - we had actually considered that. We'll see how much interest we get in it first, but if we aren't getting too many offers, we could always do something like that to liven things up a little!

Hello, your house is very beautiful. I am sure that the people who live in it will give peace ... I hope you will reach your goal in a short time ...

Thank you! We are crossing our fingers! 😊

Resteemed so that (maybe) someone would be interested in buying it. :)

Thank you!! That's awesome - I REALLY appreciate your help!

I am living in BC.
There are so many Chinese buyers here.
Maybe you should sell your house to Chinese buyer who has a lots of money.

That would be great. The real estate market here on Canada's East coast is certainly not nearly as hot (or pricey) as in Western Canada, but hopefully we'll start seeing some offers come in soon!

This post is completely brilliant because it’s so easy for brands of any size to emulate. All Starbucks did was showcase their product from an angle their employees see often, but customers rarely get to check out.
NB: for a bad reason my rank was totally down.. so please upvote to my comment to help me :) https://steemit.com/steem/@darkworld/i-m-totally-depressed-to-see-my-rank-was-totally-down please give me a upvote for inspiring me

You are very lucky to get a beautiful home.
keep your house well, for the future your son will come.

une belle maison

The right words i would have described your new house is out of this world. I'd rather not use any other cheap words!

Congrats!

Wish you luck in finding a buyer for your old house😘

so nice...

That is a dream house! I bet the property and some other taxes are expensive.Any thoughts of hiring a real estate agent if you cannot sell it on your own?

Yeah, the taxes and expenses are quite a lot higher than what we have currently! We've thought about going the route of a real estate agent. We figured that initially, since there is so much awareness of the home, we'll try to go with a cheaper listing option. Then if after a while we don't have luck, we'll probably give the real estate agents a chance!

Wow, this is such a beautiful house!! Best of luck to you and your family!
