You don't need to hear a lecture on it. It's practice, the more you practice no thinking about anything the easier it gets. You can also use exercises like focusing on breathing, to not think about anything else. Or walking thinking "right leg", "left leg". It is not rocket science, it is something that should be natural,just isn't because of the demading, fast pace, complicated lives we live. You don't need this self proclaimed enlightned gurus to tell you about something so simple.
