In our teched out world today, we have developed countless apps in addition to texting, voicemail, and e-mail for methods of communicating.
I have been noticing that all of these options are a way to communicate less directly. Often, more direct face to face communication is the most accurate and you have the benefit of gauging the non-verbal cues too.
Despite our various options, it is important to communicate respectfully at all times and to select the best avenue for you and the person you are speaking to an agree ahead of time to speak on the phone or face to face to clear up any misunderstandings.

You are absolutely right, it is very easy to convince any one face to face more than you try to convince anyone by using communicating tools.
I noticed that miscommunication often occurs during short texts which have gained in popularity whereas a simple phone call or speaking directly face to face will often improve communication and therefore; the results you are hoping to achieve on both sides.
That's really true, we are destroying our faith label to other's using those kind of short communication.
Nice post
