My Name is Sebastian Bur, 28 years young and ready. Ready to invent my life the way I want it to be. So I can create the world I want to live in.
So what do I have to do for that? I just simply change what I can change and accept what I can't change. But our beliefs, fears, worries and concepts keep us away from changing the things we would love to be different. For example does the fear of being alone lead to couples spending a life together but kind of in a unhappy way.
To overcome these issues, we have to face them, embrace them and be ok with them. be ok with yourself. face you fears, your beliefs and change them. You can do it. It needs courage, for sure. But I guarrantee you, you will feel much more alive and free once you've overcome it!
So that is what I do. I start to look inside, figure out what I want this world to look like and start to seed that picture into the world.
I ended up - after a long time of figuring out what life is about - in Guatemala, taking the days as they come, rewinding my brain from old patterns and find back to the ecstasy of being fully in your heart and embracing life and the bliss of being alive and free.
So let's egobash into a new world.
