I felt like red and black plaid today and a super syrup-y shot of Sweet Love Blend from Jim's Organic Coffee.
I'm not sure if it's really meant to be used for espresso, but honestly, the shots pulled from it are stellar with cherry, almond, and smoky notes. Very woodsy, so the Victorinox EvoWood 10 is a match. ;-)

What is your direction and what do you invoke? Think about this.

Do you ride your bike backwards? Do you walk down the sidewalk backwards? Do you drive your car down the road backwards? You'd say, "That's ludicrous! Of course I don't do that." So, consider for a moment that it's perhaps also inherently wise that you should think and act in the same direction you're traveling in life.
