Great post 👍!
My very atypical schedule is such that I work 3rd shift 10+ hours a night for 7 days, then 7 days off work. Full time paying gig with 2 weeks of work squeezed into seven days.

As a result I've had jet lag literally ever single week for over 14 years...
And I wouldn't change a thing! 😀
As humans, we adapt to our circumstances.
There have been times where I've been so tired (not many, but a few), where I'll take a short nap (12 minutes or so), and as soon as I close my eyes, BANG! I'm dreaming; feels like I've slept for a couple hours when I wake up.

When I know I 'need' a nap 😴 I'll tell my friends
"Give me 15 minutes, I need to trip out for a bit."
What else are dreams? Perhaps endogenously released DMT...?
15 minutes later, right as rain, the evening continues full on.

Gotta love those naps... Even a short one 10-15 minutes can fix you right up!
